Our technical support services

From our base in Kidlington our technical support services are easily available to surrounding towns and villages such as Yarnton, Witney, Bicester, Banbury, Oxford, Tackley and Woodstock, however our services are available to all areas of Oxfordshire. We cover a whole range of things, from the repair of broken computers, laptops or servers right through to installing new broadband connections and setting up a home or office network. We have a vast array of knowledge with the current and past operating systems including windows 98, XP and Vista, + we are experienced with many software packages such as Microsoft Office 2003 and 2007. We are constantly updating our knowledge to ensure that we are able to provide the best technical support possible. We can fix your IT problems onsite, over the phone or via a remote support connection.

We do not charge a call out fee and are therfore able to keep the cost of our support to an absolute minimum.

Our IT Support is of a very high standard and simply has to be tried!
