About Oxford IT Solutions

Oxford IT Solutions was formed in 2005 under the name and brand of RW-Designs.

Initially the company was setup as a purely web design business offering small designs to local friends, family, and the odd small business here and there.

With a growing trend of households buying PCs and the massive increase in the number of homes having broadband installed, we decided, in late 2006, that perhaps it was time to offer further areas of expertise such as broadband installations, wireless configurations and computer repairs.

These new services were gratefully received by existing clients and gained the business many new clients as there was a clear gap in the market for these kinds of services.

Since 2006 the business has gone from strength to strength and in early 2008 RW-Designs was re-launched and re-branded as Oxford IT Solutions to incorporate all of the services we offer and to give us the chance to introduce further new solutions for small businesses and home users.

Oxford IT Solutions strives to be an outstanding supplier of computer services to its clients and one of the ways in which we do this is to offer extremely low prices combined with outstanding customer service. Our key to maintaining outstanding customer service is to ensure that our clients are dealt with as quickly and as easily as possible, hence we don't use automated phone systems and we have strict service level agreements.
