Pay as you go computer services

We offer pay as you go computer services to homes, businesses and schools across Oxfordshire. Services include; computer repair, laptop repair, troubleshooting, computer setup, data recovery, software installation, network setup, broadband installation, wireless networking plus loads more. We have a straight forward and clear price of £30 per hour (no call out or mileage fees) and there are no hidden charges. Parts are charged extra if they are required. We also have a no fix no fee policy that applies to all on-site support visits so if we dont repair your problem, we don't charge you!

Working to a tight schedule, we aim to be onsite the same or next working day to support you. We understand that people work during the day Monday to Friday which is why we make many of our visits out of normal working hours including Saturdays.

We also offer remote computer support. All you need is a working broadband connection and we can try and resolve your problems remotely even if you’re not within Oxfordshire.

Contract Support

We can offer a computer support contract for schools and businesses across Oxfordshire providing you with a dedicated support engineer who will support and repair all aspects of your IT from supporting your desktop computers or laptops and your network right through to website and intranet design and management.

Support contracts are quoted on an individual basis and are tailored entirely to the needs of the organisation. As well as providing support for your computers and or network we offer an installation service for computers, laptops, wireless networks, broadband and ceiling mounted projectors.

Computer Health Check

If a computer is not maintained regularly then it can become very slow and unreliable, and it’s not always an option to buy a new computer. Also with a health check, annoying little problems are repaired, for example error messages on boot etc.

Our health check service is effectively an MOT for your computer or laptop. The service we perform includes; scanning the computer to ensure it is free of viruses and other malicious software which can accumulate over time, ensure the machine is up to date with the latest patches for the operating system and antivirus product, perform a general file cleanup, plus an internal clean to ensure the computer is dust free. We also do a whole load more as well as provide advice on any upgrades which could enhance the performance.

How does it work? This service is very simple, you arrange a convenient day for the health check to be performed, and we then come and collect the computer the evening before. We take it back to our office and perform the health check and return it to you the following evening. The whole process takes just 24 hours to complete, but obviously this is depending on technician availability.

The whole service will cost just £50* per machine.
