Remote IT Support

What is it?

With our Remote Support Application we are able to connect to, and take control of, your computer through the internet. Once we are connected our technician will be able to help you resolve problems easily and quickly direct from our office without having to come to your home or office.

Remote Technical support is ideal if you are experiencing problems with your computer, email or software, although your computer must be functional enough to be able to access the internet.

There are limitations to the Remote Support and in some cases it is necessary to book an appointment for a technician to come and take a look at the problem on site.

How does it work?

It’s very simple. You click the button on the right hand side of this text, download and run the support application. Once the support application is running you will be provided with a username and password, once you have this information, call us up on 0845 474 8956 and if we have a technician available we will take the username and password from you and have your problem resolved in no time.

What does it cost?

Our Remote Support costs £20 per hour and there is a minimum charge of £20.
