Remote Support

To initiate a remote support session do the following:

1. Click the button below to launch our remote support client
2. Select "run and then let the client download
3. When asked "do you want to run this software" click "run"
4. Call our support line 0845 474 8956 and provide a description of your problem along with your id and pass given by the client support software

Once we have got your id and pass we will be able to connect up to your computer and hopefully resolve your problem.

Remote support connections are charged at £15 per hour - minimum charge £15. (Invoice will be sent after the session has ended.)

Technical support is available at the following times:
Mon-Fri: 7am – 10pm
Saturdays: 9am – 11pm
