Home User Support.

Home support is a service targeted at members of the general public who require assistance in their own homes.

The majority of home support we provide is fixing peoples computers or setting up their new broadband connection, however the list of services doesn't stop there!

We can provide the following to home users;

• Broadband Setup
• Laptop / Computer Repair
• Laptop / Computer Upgrades
• PC Health Checks
• Peripheral support such as printers, digital cameras
• Wireless networking
• Cabled networking
• Telecommunication cabling
• Internet and Email Support

If the service you require isn't listed above then please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

We also sell products to the general public such as ink cartridges, toners, memory cards and CDs/DVDs etc. The majority of the time we can get these items cheaper than anywhere on the high street. Simply give us a call for further details.

Onsite technical support for home users is charged at £15 per hour (minimum charge £15) as a pay as you go service.

Telephone support is free however telephone technical support with a remote connection is charged at £15 per hour (minimum charge £15).
