Our Team
Our team is made up of passionate IT professionals led by Rob, our Founder, alongside his wife Jenny. Together, they set the direction and standards that underpin everything we do, from customer service to technical delivery.
Our technical team includes Andy, Oliver, James, and Ben, a group of experienced engineers who thrive on solving problems and keeping our clients running smoothly. Supporting the team behind the scenes is our admin duo, Lucy and Sharon, who keep operations organised, communication clear, and everything moving in the right direction.
Working on special marketing projects in the background are our younger supporters, JP and CJ, bringing fresh ideas and energy to the business. And completing the team is Shadow, our Chief Happiness Officer, who takes morale and office wellbeing very seriously.
Having served Oxfordshire for over 20 years, we’ve built long-standing relationships with our clients by delivering reliable, affordable, and easy-to-understand IT support. We focus on being approachable, proactive, and genuinely invested in helping our clients succeed.
